Scheduled service plus recall items Monica (our service advisor) did her ALWAYS OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our maintenance tasks. When we arrived for service, she told us of three new recall items just released. She told us all of the combined items would take most of the day — so she quickly arranged a loaner. Stationed overseas and I do not have access to my owner's manual and need a four digit code to reset the clock. Stranded now for the next three years without a clock or radio. Unbelievable.
