Gunn Nissan went through a remodel of the customer waiting area and had really nice additions to it. There is a new cubicle area for those of us who want to do some work while we wait. Each cubicle has its own outlet to ensure your electronic device does not run out of battery. Overall, great experience! More

Mr. Winfred was prompt in addressing my vehicle’s service needs from drop-off to pick-up. I was able to complete the necessary services on the same day of drop-off (utilized their after-hours drop-off system needs from drop-off to pick-up. I was able to complete the necessary services on the same day of drop-off (utilized their after-hours drop-off system and received a confirmation text within the first hour of opening).The text updates are also a convenient feature-it empowers the customer by providing more education and detail on the services recommended, this aided during the in person consultation prior to starting service. Wait time was reasonable and the technician team seemed to be very transparent through the entire process. Will be scheduling my next maintenance appt soon! More
