They take their time with us and answer our questions without making us feel that we’re wasting their time. This is the 4th new car from this location, since the nineties. We always refer people to this Gunn Nissan location, when they’re looking for a new car. We thank them all. More
Adrian helped us with our questions about two recall notices on our 2023 Nissan Rogue, which we bought from this location. He looked into to the recalls and inspected our car. He then referred us to M notices on our 2023 Nissan Rogue, which we bought from this location. He looked into to the recalls and inspected our car. He then referred us to Mr. Frank Wallace in order to trade in our 2023 Rogue for the same model 2025 Rogue at a lower interest rate and a slightly higher monthly payment. We were very grateful to Adrian because we were concerned about the type of recall that the 2023 Rogue had on it. Now we know that we can rely on our new car. Adrian, Frank, and Marc proved to us one more time that this Gunn Nissan location cares about their customers and can be trusted to be honest and trustworthy as well as dedicated to their customers safety and satisfaction. Gunn Nissan insists on running their television commercials saying that they never do charge ad on’s so I’m going to explain how they secretly did it to me. Frank Wallace will tell you the nice thi commercials saying that they never do charge ad on’s so I’m going to explain how they secretly did it to me. Frank Wallace will tell you the nice things that he is going to do (secret ad on's) without saying anything about any of the charges for any of them and then he will slip $3000 worth of ad on’s onto your actual contract. Then he immediately has the ad on’s installed while he quickly sends you over to his partners in financing who will then have you quickly sign the mountain of paperwork including the contract where the add on’s are. Then he will quickly put you in your brand new vehicle and send you down the road while you are still exited about your new vehicle with all of your paperwork except a copy of the contract where the ad on’s are listed and charged. Later that evening when I checked and reviewed all of my paperwork in the quiet comfort of my office I discovered that all of the paperwork was there except the copy of the actual contract itself where he put the $3000 worth of ad on's. I called Frank back the next morning for my copy of the contract and he told me that my finance officer was gone for the next two days and to check back when he gets back. Well guess what by the time that I finally got a call to drive back up to the dealership to pick up my copy of the contract at the front desk 3 days later I discovered the that the $3000 worth of ad on's were charged on the contract and my 48 hour return policy had expired by design. Included in the $3000 ad on charges was $800 plus tax and finance charges for cheap plastic door edging and partial hood protection that I insisted he removed because it was ugly and they still kept the $800 that they charged me for that alone. Be careful and make sure that you leave with ALL of your paperwork because it takes longer than 48 hours to get what you forgot in my case I'm sure by design. They all work smiling together like a well oiled machine until they cash your check and then they don’t want anything to do with you without another purchase. They don't put the ad on's on the buyers order like they say on their television commercials because they just slip it directly onto the contract and rush you out the door without the contract copy for 3 days unlike what they say on their television commercials. Pay close attention while you are there and before you leave because sadly I trusted them and fell into the trap. Hopefully this will help you, Thanks, Ken More
