Very fast at selling TERRIBLE customer service I leased a Volvo XC90 from them a couple of months ago and was assured I didn't need their GPS system as the car would integrate fully with my Cell us I leased a Volvo XC90 from them a couple of months ago and was assured I didn't need their GPS system as the car would integrate fully with my Cell using Android Auto. I rely entirely on the GPS for my work and returned a few days after purchase as the GPS was un-usable. The Sales Manager Kenneth Dotti said he would install their GPS but never did so, nor did he return my many phone calls. I had to go into the office and find him!! He then told me they would cover most of the cost of the GPS and passed me to Christian (xxx' svc mgr) who was supposed to call me with an appointment date and cost of the system. Despite many left messages and calls he has also failed to call back or keep any of the promises made. I feel it is only by naming and shaming this crappy service that they may eventually resolve this urgent issue! More
