Beau was very welcoming and had such positive energy. We went for a test drive and he explained everything in detail about what I need to know while we were with my parents. Also, when we got back he made sure to go over everything that I need to know to work the car. He always asked if I had any questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle. Overall I can say my first car buying experience was a success! Great staff, everyone is very friendly. More

UPDATE: worst treatment by any business I worked with Absolutely the most dishonest new car dealer I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I went in to test drive a new Tiguan, explaining to both Absolutely the most dishonest new car dealer I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I went in to test drive a new Tiguan, explaining to both the sales person and the business manager that I had just paid my attorney the funds to pay off my trade, and because it had to go through a trust, it might take a while for the loan to paid off to VW financial. Both Beau Brady the salesperson and Ron the Business manager were aware of my trade payoff situation and both told me that it was no problem--they will take my car as a trade and wait for the title. A few weeks later I start getting threatening and intimidating calls from their attorneys and finance manage and letters stating that I had committed both civil and criminal fraud and that I was going to be arrested and sued for $78,000 (I have the letters to share if anyone wants copies). They said they could not sell my trade without the title, but then I get a call and email from the general manager saying my car had already been bought and sold several times--after I had offered to return the new Tiguan in exchange for my trade and the cash i had given them. I have copies of all correspondence and am happy to share with anyone who has experienced similar treatment from these swindlers. I would like to especially thank Beau Brady for his cowardliness (Uncle Joe owns the dealership) and telling outright lies; Ron the Business manager for the same; Jorge Cardoso--the biggest liar of all who I have on a recording telling that he would refund the full amount I paid for the Tiguan in exchange for my trade, but then denied that he ever said that: and most of all. Nick Bellefroid the General Manger, who basically tried to bully and threaten me when he knew that I was telling the truth and that his employees had lied to him. This was the second new car I had bought from Gunther in 3 months. What a way to treat a repeat customer! Never again Gunther, and shame on you Volkswagen for letting these xxxxx represent your company--this is the last VW I will ever purchase. More

When busy on my return visit to test drive both passat and Jetta, he engaged the VW expert (Alex) and I was well taken care of. I was heading our of town for a month and our correspondence over that month eliminated the usual angst about buying/leasing a car. We did most of the decision-making and negotiation via email, so when it was time to put the money down and do the paper-work, the worst was over and Brian was extremely accommodating and we did everything in under two hours. I was extremely pleased with the process and love the car- Passat SEL. Brian made the whole process a delight, non-confrontational and I went away feeling I received a good and fair deal. Owed Refund of Lease Payment - Being Given the Runaround This is our second leased vehicle from Gunther. They approached us with a lease buy back. The first lease went very smoothly, great car happy with the deal. The second, well, the vehicle was fine, price was great. Should be a 5 star review, right? We have been going on 3 weeks trying to get a refund on an over payment on the first lease. We have been shuttled back and forth between the dealership and VW Credit each claiming it is the other's responsibility to refund the payment. VW Credit, "speak with the finance manager. It is the dealership's responsibility." Finance manager (whom we will call George), "You have to talk to sales we only do the paperwork." Sales, " Sorry, he's out today. We will have his manager call you back." Crickets... Three weeks and hours on hold!?!?! This is not 10 out of 10 service. I wish I had an opportunity to take VW of America's survey again. It was suggested by VW Credit that I lodge a complaint with VW of America. Gunther has a week to make this right. Update... Still no contact from Gunther.. going on a month. You know who I am (Diane has taken my number several times)... Green Tiguan lease buyback closed 5/31... Colby Williams internet sales manager (interesting how mangers have managers in the auto industry). Seriously, something so stupid ruining an otherwise happy customer ($302.33)... And I actually recommended a colleague shop with you...pffft. More

I was referred to Mr. Minto who was accommodating, efficient, and knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding the new car I wanted to lease. He made this experience easy, quick, and painless. I would recommend him and Gunther VW Delray to anyone I know interested in buying a Volkswagen. More
