Took my atlas for 20k miles agent lied to me that since it’s pre owned I have to pay everything. But I told him it’s under extended warranty he said no it’s pre owned. After service my car had started with it’s pre owned I have to pay everything. But I told him it’s under extended warranty he said no it’s pre owned. After service my car had started with problems of auto start stop check engine light and car stopping in middle of the road even after turning off auto start stop feature. When I called about it they told drive on your own risk we don’t have appointment till next Tuesday that was 5 days away. Person on call said I am not saying that just we won’t look at it till then we will not even entertain your issues. That is caused by our department service tech. You are on your own. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF UNFAITHFUL Folks. I am reviewing and reaching out other folks who had same issue by this it’s just a regular occurrence from their part. They add their to earn money and that is what they will do. To make sure you keep bringing your vehicular in for some repairs day in and out and give them more money then you bought car for. More
Horrible Service dept, horrible techs, horrible dealership. Every service appmt is a nightmare filled with excuses. The last oil change they left the mileage sticker on the top windshield and put a dealership. Every service appmt is a nightmare filled with excuses. The last oil change they left the mileage sticker on the top windshield and put another one next to it, and the sticker is barely peeling off and breaking into bits, who does that? Check engine light on for months on a 22‘ with 15k miles, and they never called to tell us the “sensor” that’s causing that is “back in stock”. A building filled with liars. No Loaner vehicles, no shuttle drivers, no professionalism, just a disgusting experience. Always knew VW is a garbage vehicle but figured a lease shouldn’t be too bad since I won’t own it but this was a MISTAKE OF A DEAL AND DEALERSHIP. More

Buying a car is definitely not the first thought when thinking of pleasant experiences, but the staff at Gunther VW Coconut Creek were able to make it happen. I am so thankful to have been referred to th thinking of pleasant experiences, but the staff at Gunther VW Coconut Creek were able to make it happen. I am so thankful to have been referred to this dealership and sales manager, Eduardo Esparza. I worked primarily with Moe Ezzine, sales specialist. He was patient and kinda. He was able to answer my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Lastly, even in finance, the experience was light and easy going thanks to Nicole Falloon. I would definitely recommend Gunther VW Coconut Creek. Not only did they give me the best price, but the environment and friendly demeanor of everyone I encountered made the whole experience a positive one. I cannot express my gratitude enough, and I urge anyone looking to buy a vehicle to check them out! More
I am writing this review in pure discontent with gunther volkswagen at coconut creek. I was lied to by not only several car salesman but the car sales manager himself. I have been receiving letters regardi volkswagen at coconut creek. I was lied to by not only several car salesman but the car sales manager himself. I have been receiving letters regarding a “key trade in” where it states that I can trade in my current vehicle for a new vehicle of the same trim for no charge. Hence, I would be starting a brand new lease with a 2023 version of my car for the same monthly payment as my previous lease. No where in that letter did it state I would have to give any down payment. I called and was reassured by several car salesman that I would not have to pay anything for this trade in. When I got to the dealer, they did not honor any of this and told me that I was “misinformed”. They then ended up raising the price of my lease after running my credit. In reality they were making a huge profit from keeping my 2019 vehicle as it has equity. After 5 long hours, I finally gave in to the new price even though it was not true to their words. I asked if my daughter could do the same thing with her lease and maintain the SAME exact price and the manager, Eduardo Esparza, gave me his word that he would honor the deal. The next day she went into the dealer hoping to not have the same problem I did, which unfortunately was not the case. They inspected her car and raised her monthly payment by $15 due to minor damages. Eduardo even wrote out the numbers on his business card and wrote “tentative with approved credit”. When he ran her credit and her co-signers credit, he made them wait for two days because he was “attempting to get the banks approval”. He then called her and said that he could not honor the deal at that price ($270/month) and raised it to $299 due to “credit” and as it was two days later there were “different promotions”. Keep in mind my daughter went two days prior to the end of the month, he is the one that took two days to respond to her. The co-signer’s credit was ran at 876…when they state that good credit is considered 700+. I then asked him what happened and expressed how disappointed I was with both our experiences and he told me “I regret doing business with you”. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone ever again. They are all liars and will say anything to get you to come in and waste your time. More

Something that should be covered under warranty considering this is a 2022 that I bought from this dealer back in April….. There is a small scrape on the drivers front bumper which happened a week, June 25, after I made the appointment and I told that to Alia my advisor who still charged the fee because of the scrape on the bumper which had nothing to do with the software programing and the error light was already on over a week before the scrape to the bumper.
