Best dealer in Florida....Period! I’ve been a customer with Gunther vw since 2005. I’ve bought four cars from Gunther and whether I am working with sales or service, I’m treated as I’ve been a customer with Gunther vw since 2005. I’ve bought four cars from Gunther and whether I am working with sales or service, I’m treated as though I’m there only customer. I recently bought a new Golf R and it has had a few issues due to its high performance nature. We had to call in Vw of America for warranty issues and when the representative arrived it was clear Gunther was behind me and were going to fight for me. In one day they took care of the issue with Vw America and I picked up my car absolutely no charge and yes.... they washed it too. I was also given a Vw loaner during the time my car was in service. No one does that at this price point. I can’t say enough about the service department at Gunther Fort Lauderdale. I was always informed about all issues and they took care of every little thing as I asked them to. They could not have made it easier. Even Joe Gunther himself came out to see the car and to make sure I was well taken care of. This is why I’m a lifetime customer at Gunther ! More

I am I have given a five-star rating to my experiences with Gunther Volkswagen service department - service was prompt, helpful, and informational. I am, however, very frustrated with the problems with the Infotainment Center in the car, It stopped functioning approximately 2 weeks after the purchase of the car. It freezes, making the navigation system, radio, CD player, etc, totally non-usable. When I inquired about what it was going to take to fix it, I was told that this was a known problem and that the software fix was not yet available for the problem. I did not purchase this car at Gunther; I purchased it at Cochran Volkswagen in Pittsburgh and brought it down to Florida for the season. I don't feel like I can get upset with Gunther when this wasn't a car that they sold. I am, however, very discouraged that this is apparently not a fixable problem. More
