Horrible Experience. Great cars. Just do not buy them from these guys. Is there less than one star to give them ?! I leased a 2018 XC60 there in late November 2017. It wa Great cars. Just do not buy them from these guys. Is there less than one star to give them ?! I leased a 2018 XC60 there in late November 2017. It was supposed to have all these features that my sales person at the time was bragging about. I signed the lease and took the car home . Few days later started to realize some of these features were missing . I called the dealership back only to find out that my sales person had just quit. Tried to get in touch with this other person Keith who is the tech expert there and it took him a couple weeks to get back with me. He eventually called back and when I asked about these missing features such as the pilot assist /adaptive cruise control and what I later found out its called a "convenience package" he said it doesn't look like your car has that package , I was surprised and told him my sales person told me this car should have these feature but unfortunately he is gone . For 2-3 more weeks I tried to get in touch with the sales manager Ryan McIntyre whom I worked with when I leased the car . He would not call me back..I even went in person to the dealership and was not able to meet with any of the sales managers. Finally one of the sales managers whose name is Nick was nice enough to email back and after I explained everything to him H he said its basically too late to return the car and exchange it for the one that has all the features you are looking for and that my only option at this point is to trade in the car for whatever residual value they feel like its worth and to start a new lease which of course is going to bring my monthly payment up significantly. So not only did these guys lie to me and sold me a car that didn't have the features they claimed. but also ignored all my phone calls and emails for weeks until it was too late "in their terms" to do anything about it. I have to say the car is great and I love it but I feel like I was cheated and lied to and sold something that did not exist. I would never again do business with these guys and would never refer anyone I know to them . Many people have admired my car since I leased it and I would say its a great car just don't get it from this dealership. Horrible experience to say the least. More

unbelevable car dealer We walked into the showroom just browsing while our car was being serviced, We met Brian and said we liked the S90 in the Maple Brown, just looking,Si We walked into the showroom just browsing while our car was being serviced, We met Brian and said we liked the S90 in the Maple Brown, just looking,Since Brian told us it was new in stock. He explained the new features etc, Brian had us drive the S90, GREAT ! Brian got us a great price and we decided to trade our old car. Brian was the most pleasant, knowledgeable person, completely not a car salesman. We took the new car home and the next morning came in to see Kieth, and get to know the car. He spent over an hour showing the ins and outs of this high tech wonder. He paired our phones, set up Google go and my Apple, Volvo on call,etc. I really must compliment Gunther for this service, it is unique. Poor customer relations - combative and arrogant All started well except that two salespeople, Laura and Tony, seemed to fight each other to see who would be my contact. I asked several questions about cars and Tony provided good answers. I told him I would get back if I had more questions or wanted to come in for an appointment. Next thing i knew I was being berated by Laura, the Customer Service Manager, for not keeping an appointment and for not giving them the "courtesy" of a chance to win my business. When i protested that there had never been an appointment I received several more emails from Laura telling me that I was wrong and that i had acted rudely. A course in Customer Relations 101 is badly needed here. More
