Service Manager I had posted the below review on 11/30/15. Over 2 weeks after that Nathan Johnson the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the re I had posted the below review on 11/30/15. Over 2 weeks after that Nathan Johnson the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the review I had posted on several websites that he would give me a total refund (although I only want the amount I was over charged) and he gave me his word on that! I deleted all the postings that I could and on the rest I stated that the issue had been resolved. He said that he would call me when his IT guy had confirmed that. Well as of today 1/29/16 I still haven't heard anything from Nathan. So much for his "word". I purchased my car here 3 yrs ago and had always been happy with their service until last week. I took it there to have an oil change and they called and said it was due to change the brake fluid and differential fluid. I was told the price would be $100 for one and $139 for the other. I told him to go ahead and do them. When I picked up the car the bill was $496. I was shocked. I asked the service rep and she didn't have a good answer as to why it was so high. The oil change with coupons was $4.95. I asked to talk to the service manager but was told he wasn't available and I had to get back to work. I called about an hour later and he still was unavailable so I left a message. He called me and said he would look into it and call me back. Well it's been 3 days and have yet been able to talk to him. I've called 8 times over the last 5 days and his employees have left messages and have even texted him. Believe me I will never but another vehicle from any Gurley Leep dealership again. 12/7/15 Gurley Leep has contaced me and the issue has been resolved. More
I will and have recommended this dealership and this salesman. I purchased a Nissan Murano from this dealership, the salesman was very patient with me as I was unsure of what I wanted. There was no pressure put on me as it took me a few weeks to make up my mind. When I did decide on this vehicle I told him exactly what I wanted and the vehicle was found for me. Before I left the dealership with my new Murano, the salesman took the time to go over the vehicle with me to show me basics about my new car. He even set up my car phone for me! I have nothing but good things to say about the salesman I had at Gurley Leep Nissan. More

I purchased a 2007 maxima with 58500 miles on it from gurley leep nissan . the car got a 100 point quality inspection from the dealership. after driving the car a couple of days i noticed a noise in the gurley leep nissan . the car got a 100 point quality inspection from the dealership. after driving the car a couple of days i noticed a noise in the frontend. I took the maxima in to have them look at it. They called me and said the mechanic didnt hear anything. they said all the frontend componets were in good condiction! the service advisor asked me to take the mechanic for a ride to show him the noise I was hearing. I drove his around the parking lot once and the noise was evident! long story short,after two trips back to the dealership, the second mechanic told me the struts were weak! I would not have purchased the car with bad struts! They wont cover the problem! the salesman wont return my calls! More
I went in and bought a 2011 Nissan Versa for $13,300 with $2000 off for my truck and $3000 down when they were done I owed over $14,000 and the whole deal was a lie. Less than 2 weeks later the car smelled when the heater was on high. I discovered an in cabin air filter that was black and I don't smoke. Says alot for there service dept. which charged me $32 to replace it. I will never go in there again, and will try to discourage anyone I know from dealing with them. So congraduations to the Leep family and their sales staff, you really represent the best in sales. Robert W.
