The dealership team at gurnee is bad, my service was bad , the entire team top to bottom is bad. After we finish the deal no one would pick up the phone or return my phone calls for questions. The staff for the most part did well. They were respectful and tried to work with us. My least favorite staff member was the finance guy. He was rigid and had an air about him. Before heading to the dealership with check-in-hand to purchase my vehicle, I provided all of the information the salesperson asked for. I was told the entire process would take 20 minutes. From the time I arrived, I was there for nearly 3 hours, mostly just waiting! Also, I heard several employees using the "F-word" quite loudly in their conversations, which struck me as very unprofessional. I was not even offered anything to drink, or even told where the bathrooms were located. Altogether, not a pleasant experience. I will never do business with Gurnee VW again, nor will I recommend them to others. More
