Scheduling service through website was down. Coffee machine in the waiting area was not working / broken. I was told that 10K service hold take 90 minutes. It actually took 2 hours 30 minutes. More

Customers would appreciate receiving a better estimate of how long a service job will take. Also, if we are told as customers that one of your service reps will get back to us with an answer to a question in 2 minutes but it actually winds up bring 15-20 minutes, that really is not acceptable.
