Every time I’ve had to take my car in for service I leave frustrated. I tried to call and speak with a manager to explain my frustration with the lack of communication and never received a call back so now a frustrated. Took my car in for a new tire and they had my car 3 days and didn’t even bother to put the hubcap covers back on. Went in for my 10,000 mile service and was there for 3 hours. No inspection report was given. Asked them to check a tire for a leak and have no idea what happened with that. I checked out with the cashier (who was extremely nice) and no one from service actually talked to me about my car. Sales department was amazing but service has been a complete let down. I will drive farther to a different dealer for service from now on. More

Bought a truck from them and drove it home to have the check engine light come on. Brought truck back and they “repaired” it only to have the light come back on.
