I am not comfortable discussing this matter with anyone apart of the managment team at gurnee volkwagen after how I was treated as a customer. Please provide me with the contact information for Ryan Rohrman and I will gladly provide him with more information about my experience. Management has failed me and the way they chose to handle me was unprofessional. My vehicle was in there possession for months already and per my factory warranty they were paid to repair my vehicle in which never got repaired. I can say with confidence that the management team over in Gurnee Volkswagen has caused severe stress and many sleepless nights due to there negligence and blatant disregard for this entire situation. I am in jeopardy of losing my job due to having to leave work on many occasions to go back and forth to Gurnee due to the vehicle that was sold to me. The financial obligation that the dealership has put me in has caused a huge strain on me financially and mentally. I am in the process of obtaining a litigation lawyer because Gurnee Volkswagen needs to be held accountable for what they’ve done to me.
