The transaction went pretty smooth. Brittany was very good. She was courteous, efficient, no pressure on me. She was good at follow through in getting my questions answered. The financing got approved and I took the vehicle home late Saturday afternoon. The only snag was that they stated they didn’t need any documentation from me to get my financing approved, but then called me on Monday and said they did in fact need it. That was an inconvenience because I had to re-print all the documentation and text it to Brittany. Other than that the transaction went well. More
