The salesman didn’t have a clue about the car I came to look at but since I was already pretty much set on it, I chose to move past it. I had never bought a car from a dealership before so next time I know look at but since I was already pretty much set on it, I chose to move past it. I had never bought a car from a dealership before so next time I know not to do that and just ask for someone else. He didn’t even know if the radio in the car that wasn’t working was after market or not and described the car as “nothing special”. Yeah that’s how you sell a car... but like I said I was pretty much set on it so wasnt paying him much attention. My issue with that is if you don’t know something, that’s fine, at least say you’ll find out. He was just lazy and uninformed. Then after waiting forever for the whole financing process and was finally on my way home after almost 4 hours for a car that I already had picked out before I got there, check engine light comes on after 10 minutes of driving and the car started driving funny and not accelerating properly. ON THE WAY HOME. immediately call them and say I’ll be back in ASAP which was only 2 days later. It has now been 3 weeks since I bought this car and still don’t have it back. I had even gotten it inspected elsewhere beforehand because I felt like I was going to get lied to and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive the hour back. The dealership claims they fixed the engine issues and were just waiting on the Chevy dealership to fix the stupid radio this whole time. They even told me last week it’ll be ready and programmed by 12pm Thursday after I called for updates just to show up at 2:30, still told to wait another 45 minutes, then be told the radio still isn’t fixed and I have to come back but was told literally all they have to do is program the radio but will probably be a day for that since they have to send it to Chevy. I live an hour away and have been really inconvenienced by them. It’s been a whole week since that incident now and still nothing. I was 8 months pregnant when I got the car now I’m 9 months, that’s how long they’ve been “fixing it”. Thought I was buying a safe vehicle to bring my baby home from the hospital in and at this point I doubt that’s going to happen as I’m due any day now. Doesn’t seem like they care to get the car done and I just don’t get it. More

Saw Matt the next day and he says go to the cashier to get keys, cashier is clueless and tells me to go back to service (Ruh RoH). Tony comes out and the excuses begin, we have not even looked at it yet, and we are backed up with other repairs, and some of our mechanics are on vacation, (So sorry) , and somehow he thinks that my car is most likely going to need a fuel pump replacement, apology, no loaner available, leave your car another day, ( Huh? ; fuel ...Whaat?). You guys could have called or texted to let me know about the delay or made the appointment at another time. Knowing what repairs may be needed before looking at the car was just another red flag. Got my keys and, GONE. More
