I made in person appointment for recall 2 weeks ahead. Nobody called to remind me about it. I dropped my car on evening day before and agreed to pick it up next day same time. When I asked why, they said they had no parts. And, at the end of the day, parts still were not ordered. So I asked why nobody told me about it before I dropped my car so I would not waste my day. They said they needed car to scan VIN. When I got upset, they told me that they were doing me a favor. I spoke with service manager and he had no explanation for me, so I immediately cancelled the service and demanded returning the car. The was no apology. More

The worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Salesperson Sandy didn’t seem knowledgeable of the product he was selling. No finance manager on site, salesperson acted as “finance” person as well, maybe that Sandy didn’t seem knowledgeable of the product he was selling. No finance manager on site, salesperson acted as “finance” person as well, maybe that explains the 7 hard inquiries on my credit report, and some extra unknown charges in the contract. Picking up the vehicle 3 days later was a nightmare and took about 4 hours due to them not having the vehicle ready for delivery. I spoke with the general manager briefly, good guy! He was explaining this location is a work in progress, I can see a good change in the future with his attitude and field vision. More
