Have had several unfortunate encounters with the service department over the years with two RAM pickups. No longer take my vehicle to this dealership for service. I visited a couple of days ago for a new department over the years with two RAM pickups. No longer take my vehicle to this dealership for service. I visited a couple of days ago for a new key fob battery and mentioned to a pleasant service advisor that my RAM was completely inaccessible. He commented that if the key continued not to work, I'd need to flatbed the truck the dealership where there would be a $200+ service fee to ascertain the problem, which he suspected had something to do with the electronics that recognizes signals. Instead, I called a dealer with a mobile service who came out and replaced the truck battery. Truck fired right up and cost was little more than Gwinnett's "service fee." Not sure whether the advisor was deliberately misleading, but I'll continue to avoid the Gwinnett dealership despite its convenient location. More
