Hi Mike, Thank you for responding to my grievance complaint on the dealer rating site. Yes, I do find a 3 hour wait for an oil change absurd no matter what day of the week it is. I blame this on poor scheduling. I purchased my Jeep from your venue and should never have been offered free oil changes if the service department is unable to accommodate their workload. I sent my husband today because I am 9 months pregnant and was very disappointed to find his wait time was what it was for a routine check with an apt. I was then irate when I called up there to see what was going on and was hung up on the first time I called and the second time to find out that my husband was lapped by a technician error on where he parked the car. Is this how your management runs its operations? If so people deserve to know their expectations with your facility hence my dealer review, tweet, email to corporate, BBB review, and Facebook. This type of service is not acceptable and or justified by “its Saturday”. My response to that is it’s a business plan accordingly. Best, Lisa Pinardo
