Oil Change and recall Brought new 2019 Odyssey in for first oil change, tire rotation and already a recall. After returning home we noticed a new clicking sound and now ha Brought new 2019 Odyssey in for first oil change, tire rotation and already a recall. After returning home we noticed a new clicking sound and now have a puddle of oil in our garage. Salesman also promised free gas fill up for first two oil changes. Service department said they know nothing about that and ignored this commitment from the dealership. Very disappointed. More

Dishonesty at it’s best Purchased a vehicle with a contract listing some $1200 extra dealer installed options. When I asked to remove one of the options and to give me a reba Purchased a vehicle with a contract listing some $1200 extra dealer installed options. When I asked to remove one of the options and to give me a rebate on the options I was keeping, the sales person and his manager did a quick hat trick on me. The reprinted the contract and removed two options equaling to what I was trying to knock off the price, shook my hand and immediately took the signed paper away. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed one option wasn’t I installed, they told me I never wanted that option do they didn’t charge me for it. This was very swift bate and switch trick. I looked online and the options they did charge me were overpriced compared to their own service department prices. All in all this was not a fun experience. More
