Chris our salesman was awesome for all three car purchases, however the stunt they pulled on me and my wife is beyond slime ball tactics and honestly not necessary. The floor salesman told me one thing on the phone and then had my wife sign paperwork that was different. Then when my wife stopped in to pick up a check that they told us we could pick up they belittled her and made her feel like she was stupid. They literally bullied her to point of tears until she eventually ran out and left. When I talked to them I got the ole "shouldn't have signed it if you didn't read it all" and the typical "buyer beware" sludge that I would expect from a sleaze ball used car salesman. I realize that they didn't really do anything illegal, but morally I don't know how they can sleep at night. We had such a good experience the first time and would have been life long customers. However this kind of treatment and tactics is not what I would expect from such a big reputable car dealership. I was only able to reach the GM and he was completely indifferent and attempted to treat me the same as he had my wife. At this point I will make it my life long commitment to let every person I can know that H&H KIA is a bunch of jerks only out to get "the sale" by any means possible. Again I have no complaint with the salesman Chris, just the upper management and their big city guy attitude that the seem to think makes them better than us peasants. In the earlier review I explained my experience with H&H. I told it the way it went down for sure but I want to add that Steve H did call me two days later was very apologetic and wanted to make it right with us. Unfortunately for them when the GM told me he wouldn't do anything for me OR connect me with Steve H I took matters into my own hands. I told the GM if he wasn't going to find a solution I would seek satisfaction online by contacting BBB and online reviews. His response was "we didn't do anything illegal so do what you have to do." Steve H seemed very genuine and a man of integrity, it's too bad some of his employees aren't more like him... More

Definitely an easy and positive experience I was a prior customer at another dealership "across the bridge.". I tried to give them my repeat business but wasn't happy with the way I was treate I was a prior customer at another dealership "across the bridge.". I tried to give them my repeat business but wasn't happy with the way I was treated. So, having already shopped and knowing what I wanted, I stopped by H&H. Kris made it easy and quick to get out of there with a new car. There was no pressure and he even stayed a few hours late so I could take care of some family obligations and come back to the dealership to finish up. All and all, a great experience. More

H and H doesn't honor their ads! We went in to lease a new Kia Optima 2015 for the advertised price of 0 down and $199/month. We wanted a more deluxe model and expected to pay maybe $ We went in to lease a new Kia Optima 2015 for the advertised price of 0 down and $199/month. We wanted a more deluxe model and expected to pay maybe $50 extra. We were even willing to put done money down. After being there for 2 hours and finding a car we loved, we were given a plan of $3000 down plus $280 or so per month. We spent even more time trying to get them to honor their deal and we even pulled their ad up and showed them. They spent more time arguing with my husband about math who is works with numbers for a living than figuring out a way to honor their ad. We'll never go back. Completely untrustworthy and a waste of time! More

Finally got a new car Kris was AWESOME, I had gone to other dealerships only to have wasted hours of time and not get what I wanted. Kris took his time to help me and I'm Kris was AWESOME, I had gone to other dealerships only to have wasted hours of time and not get what I wanted. Kris took his time to help me and I'm now driving my first new car ever and love it! There was only 2 downfalls to my purchase, I didn't want a red car and once all the paperwork was completed they realized they had the stock number wrong so I did in fact get a red car, which I’m not too happy with, but I am happy with all the extras in the car. The 2nd item was the monthly payment, I was really hoping that it would be lower and that is a little disappointing. I would also like to mention that Mike the finance guy (I believe that is what department he is in) was a tad dry and came off as a jerk at first. Once we started cracking jokes with him, it was a little better. But a car buying experience is intimidating as it is, and then to have a stiff working in the office makes things harder, but I got thru it! More
