After selecting the car we wanted, it was a minimum of two laborious hours to get poor financing offers (822 credit score). I took the best of the worst to get out with the idea of refinancing the car loan with my bank. The deals are good if you don't mind the long waits and $899.00 dealer fee which you should incorporate to the car price to find out what they are really asking for the car. More

They allowed me to come in and look at many different vehicles I was interested in to help narrow down my choices. I returned a couple days later to test drive some cars. The process was not difficult. The salesman I worked with, Alex Avila was great! Very personable and helpful. He did not pressure me to purchase. I made a purchase the same day because I was lucky enough to find such a great deal! They do not haggle prices here. Their dealer fees were quite a bit higher than other places I received quotes on other cars I was considering purchasing. But I got a much better deal on the actual price of the vehicle I purchased, so that outweighed the higher dealer fees. Bottom line is, do your research and do what works best for you! The purchase process was smooth. The finance gentleman I worked with (I think it was Johnny) was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I cannot comment on what type of financing options they have because I had my own financing. I did not trade a car in, so I cannot comment on that part of the process either. Seagrid, the insurance specialist was very helpful. She has great customer service skills! I found the entire process to be seamless. Bottom line is if I need to buy another car (won't be doing that any time soon) or if someone I know needs a car, I would definitely recommend looking at what HGREG has in stock! More
