Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the service department. They do not take pride on their work. It wasn’t until I was feed up with their poor performance and request to speak with the manager that things were done. Thank you to Luis, Carlos and BT for taking care of my situation. When these guys took over, things started getting done. BT thank you for being there for me. You all really deserve 5 stars but your Service department is a 1. Thank you guys for taking care of me. Best Experience buying a Car! This new to Orlando (4 months) dealership originated in Canada. Super clean & well organized! Imoressive! I did a lot of price checking online & had n This new to Orlando (4 months) dealership originated in Canada. Super clean & well organized! Imoressive! I did a lot of price checking online & had narrowed it down to HGreg & Offleas. My best friend had made a purchase with one granddaughter @ Offlease as well as her son made 2 purchases@ Offlease. My first stop was HGreg but zi was determined not to be pressured & I wasn't! I sat in my truck in customer parking for about 10 minutes, truthfully expecting the vuktures to circle. Nope! I got out & walked to the door with no obe approaching. Walked in to a well lit open lobby. Friendly greetings & introduced to Marcos. He was very helpful & patient as we looked up 2 of the vehicles I was interested in. Only 1 was available for test drive so off we went. Very good test drive area too! Was given print outs of CarFax on both vehicles & left. NO pressure. I told Marcos I wanted to drive other vehicle before deciding. No problem! No calls bugging me, just a friendly voicemail 3 days later. I did go to OffLease but only got 2 feet inside & did an about face out the door! It was not inviting! Too claustrophobic & too many people! It was busy @ HGreg too but way nicer! Everyone @ HGreg was super helpful & friendly & I never felt pressured! No commission & their prices are so good, they don't have to pressure people! Just help them! What a refreshing difference! I was able to take car to my mechanic too with a 3 day-300 mile return policy! All is good & I'm thrilled with my "new" used car! Comparables in area I saved 2-3thousand dollars! They allowed me to come in and look at many different vehicles I was interested in to help narrow down my choices. I returned a couple days later to test drive some cars. The process was not difficult. The salesman I worked with, Alex Avila was great! Very personable and helpful. He did not pressure me to purchase. I made a purchase the same day because I was lucky enough to find such a great deal! They do not haggle prices here. Their dealer fees were quite a bit higher than other places I received quotes on other cars I was considering purchasing. But I got a much better deal on the actual price of the vehicle I purchased, so that outweighed the higher dealer fees. Bottom line is, do your research and do what works best for you! The purchase process was smooth. The finance gentleman I worked with (I think it was Johnny) was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I cannot comment on what type of financing options they have because I had my own financing. I did not trade a car in, so I cannot comment on that part of the process either. Seagrid, the insurance specialist was very helpful. She has great customer service skills! I found the entire process to be seamless. Bottom line is if I need to buy another car (won't be doing that any time soon) or if someone I know needs a car, I would definitely recommend looking at what HGREG has in stock! More
