We walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady. she signed us in and then maybe a minute later Juan introduced himself and helped us out. straight down to the point, which is great. we had an idea of what three vehicles we wanted to look at because we did some research online before we got there. He let us take out time looking at the vehicles and comparing. we discussed them and took the one we wanted out on a test drive. He was super patient and understanding of the details that I was looking for because I have two children. Patience is a hard thing to come by now in customer service but, he totally had it! You can tell that he truly cares about the people he comes in contact with. while my husband and I were waiting on the finance part to be taken care of, we watched the other employees, they too were super helpful and very customer service oriented. The man who took care of our trade in gave us top dollar. once we were brought back to Shanny, he helped us with our contract. took his time and explained the options and even helped us save more money. The nice woman in the back helped me transfer the insurance with ease. did not even need to make a phone call. :) I have and will continue to express how amazing everyone here has been. This dealership takes top notch care of their guests. My family and I are super happy with the purchase we have made. Thank you to everyone that had a part of our experience. More

Good choices and prices I bought a 2017 Honda Accord sport with only 13,101 miles on it. The car its self was a good quality car. I didn't get the trade in value that I think I bought a 2017 Honda Accord sport with only 13,101 miles on it. The car its self was a good quality car. I didn't get the trade in value that I think it is was worth. Kelley Blue book had 1,000 more than I was given. "Karlos Rosario", the sales guy was good. The car I bought had some minor blemishes on the drivers side which were minor. The finance person was also good. H Greg is a pretty good place I suppose. I got lucky and it wasn't extremely busy which made my shopping experience about 3 and half hours. They offer a 3 day or 300 mile return policy, so make sure you get that in writing. Once you purchase a vehicle, first thing is to take it to your mechanic and have it inspected. "IF" any problems, return it for a trade or get a refund. I am sure they'll try to get you another. Overall, it was a good experience. No high pressure sales. The organization has it down to science on the way they operate. Very good on that. But, still expect to be there a while, no matter what. Do I like I did, find what you're looking for, shop on-line, compare prices, get a VIN check (for free) once you find what you're interested in. There;s a couple of web sites this can be done for FREE. They'll give you a carfax once you're there but it helps to research first. I also had a pre-approval for financing, this helped speed up the process. So, do your homework and then go. My only complaint probably would be the car was only washed and not really detailed per se`. I had to come home and clean the windows etc... My overall rating: GOOD More

I talked to Yazmin in SALES who said she was the business manager and she promised to call get to me the following day with the car pictures but failed on her promise. I called her the following day and she dropped the phone on me. I strongly believe the way their customer service is be same with the quality of cars on sale. Very poor customer service. DON'T BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I DON'T THINK THIS SHOP ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING CARS. If customer service is poor it will cascade to the cars they sell. More
