Lots of choice We came here looking for a specific car but it was sold just as we tried looking at it. Fortunately they had so many cars to choose from that we found another good choice that was perfect for us at a great price. Butch was our sales rep. He was very personable at every step of the way. There were a few misunderstandings but Butch and the HGreg team took care of us. We love our new ride, Thank you! More

Good Car, but Service was not very good The car I purchased was a good car and good deal. However, their quality control is not good. I went to test drive the 1st car and it stalled and we The car I purchased was a good car and good deal. However, their quality control is not good. I went to test drive the 1st car and it stalled and we barely got it back to the dealer. 2nd car I test drove was fine but needed an oil change and replace the gas cap release. I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for them to make the fix and when I went to pick it up they still did not do the oil change. I also asked them to charge up the car (it is a Hybrid) and they failed to do that as well. Both the Oil Change and charging the car was promised to me and neither were done. When I called to tell them the oil had not been changed they told me someone would call me within 24 hours. 3 days later no call. I just went and had the oil change done myself. I am not looking for fufu coffee and other things that make dealers expensive, however, I do expect that they will do what they way when they say they will do something. I cannot recommend this dealer to a friend and hopefully this review will cause mgmt. to improve the service in terms of delivering on what was promised to a customer. The sales person was very nice and friendly but just did not following through on what was promised. More

We also had an issue and Karlos one of the managers came over and handled it provided us with what was a possible solution to a problem we had. He work with me throughout the whole buying experience to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted. He even went above the call of duty by accommodating me with small requests that I had. More
