lack of organization terrible dealer fees ... way to high. No one knows anything about the car you are buying: sales person don’t know the features in the car, the benefit terrible dealer fees ... way to high. Good Car, but Service was not very good The car I purchased was a good car and good deal. However, their quality control is not good. I went to test drive the 1st car and it stalled and we The car I purchased was a good car and good deal. However, their quality control is not good. I went to test drive the 1st car and it stalled and we barely got it back to the dealer. 2nd car I test drove was fine but needed an oil change and replace the gas cap release. I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for them to make the fix and when I went to pick it up they still did not do the oil change. I also asked them to charge up the car (it is a Hybrid) and they failed to do that as well. Both the Oil Change and charging the car was promised to me and neither were done. When I called to tell them the oil had not been changed they told me someone would call me within 24 hours. 3 days later no call. I just went and had the oil change done myself. I am not looking for fufu coffee and other things that make dealers expensive, however, I do expect that they will do what they way when they say they will do something. I cannot recommend this dealer to a friend and hopefully this review will cause mgmt. to improve the service in terms of delivering on what was promised to a customer. The sales person was very nice and friendly but just did not following through on what was promised. More
