Great people. Good cars. The sales force was great to work with. Our salesman was the best. The manager was very nice also. The car was good but not excellent. The muffler was unhooked and rattling, sounding like the car was turbocharged when it is naturally aspirated. The start button was missing after the test drive. Had to buy one on eBay. So the crew in the garage need to step up their game. We liked the finance team but adding extended warranty and gap to the monthly is bush league. Trying to sell us another insurance company when we already have a great policy is another surprise. Brutally honest, yes. I would have had nicer things to say if the car was better prepared. So in summary: the sales team and manager are excellent people to work with but hgreg needs to go over their cars a little better. More

Great sales department, but car service department not at al My husband got a great car and the sales department (Yazmin and Crista) was a delight to work with. My husband was very pleased with the car, then we had a minor issue with the hood and they made an appointment to get it fixed by Sabrina who is really great and responsible with her job. The downside was the service department. When he took the car in early in the morning and didn't hear word on the satus of the car by 5pm we started to call and the mechanics had no idea which car it was or what it was brought in for. When he went to pick it up he checked the issue and it was not fixed and the stray battery that should of been removed was still there along with the grease stains they were supposed to clean. When he asked the mechanics they just said that they didn't know and that the fact that it was not fixed was out of their hands. They were just focused on goofing off and ignored him while he was waiting to see if it the problem would of gotten resolved. He gave up and decided to look elsewhere to get it fixed. We were very disappointed with the mechanics and with the money we spent on this car, they should of been more responsible ans attentive. More

Great experience! I visited Orlando from Puerto Rico only to buy a car to my daughter who is moving there. Alexander Cortes worked with me. We verified the vehicle completely with great help from Roberto on the mechanic side. Then the people from Finance Jasmine and Nelson helped to get the best offer. Jasmine Figueroa was great explaining and providing options. And finally but not least Sigrid Neu helped us with the insurance and found us the best option. 5 star for her too. Almost perfect. Overall the experience was good. It was a fairly seamless process for the most part and well organized throughout. However, I am still a but concerned Overall the experience was good. I did a trade in with my veh and because I did not have the title with me, i paid the 80+ dollar tag fee. Mr. Calle told me that if I could find the title and bring it in within a few days that I would be refunded that fee. I did that and have yet to hear from anyone at Hgreg. So I paid 80 dollars AND handed over the physical title. Gonna continue to try to reach out but I'm really hoping this is resolved sooner than later. Everything else was nice. More

Great Customer Service Emily, Alex, Jasmine and Crista were AMAZING. Very very caring people, they all took their time to help me and my family out. Amazing folks. Johnny from financing was the bad apple in this process. The gentleman was rude, sarcastic and condescending. As far as to tell me that we shouldn't do the deal. We decided to walk away from the financing office after spending hrs at th4 dealership and being approved with his "Preferred" lender for an astronomical interest rate. I told him that there had to be some kind of mistake because i am able to get a 2.99% interest thru my credit union and he laughed with a smirk on his face. We just walked out and that was when he said that we shouldn't make a deal. We returned 3 days later with financing approved from my bank for the 2.9% interest and that was how we bought the vehicle. I specifically asked not to be seen by this gentleman BUT i will follow up with headquarters about this gentleman's attitude towards clients. Besides Johnny everything else was Ok Emily and Alex were the shinning light of the process. More
