Only one key fob for the car, $250 for the second. Also no manual on some cars. Vehicle was clean but not fully detailed.Don't expect red carpet treatment at delivery of vehicle. More

I was impressed with how quickly I was out of the dealership and on the road in my new ride. They were very fair with the price reduction they gave me and they met my payment requirement for my monthly budget. They listened when I talked I think that is what makes a great sales person someone who listens then fits you with what you want- they did that thank you Butch and the rest of the support staff it’s like a family there! Met with Joel Saturday evening with the ID number of vehicle I found on line. Took the vehicle for a test drive and wanted to set up a deal for my trade. This is when everything gets the experience starts to get muddled. Was put in the que to see finance department, and waited three hours to meet with individual. Once I’m texted to come into “Room 4” I was introduced to an individual who was giving me an offer that was totally unexceptable. Then he proceeds to ask me questions why am I so upside down on my vehicle as if he is trying to imply something. After about 5 and a half minutes of his time in a Saturday evening after closing hours and him grilling me personally I listen to his second offer which was still unexceptable and proceed to leave. He says ok bye.... Joel texted me two later to ask what happened and I proceed to tell him that the “ Guy in room 4 “ was costing him money and opportunity. He told me “ Room 4 “ didn’t think I was really interested in a deal. After spending five hours of my Saturday in Orlando there. Joel introduces me to Johny, he ask me what am I looking for in a deal, and we start to work towards getting one done, the only caveat I had was about the single key. He gave me a number of a company that I could buy a key from for wholesale pricing. Come back and sign deal after we get to where I need to be. Drive off and two hours later I realize my AC is not working properly, they take back vehicle tell me it’s going to be a day or two possibly. Offer me options but none I can or want to do. So I take my original trade back home no vehicle. Joel calls me to tell me vehicle is fixed, Johny tells me he will have extra key made free of charge for my inconvenience and full tank of gas. I pick up vehicle with a care kit and all agreed upon. The car is working well, the staff Joel and Johny took care of me. But if my years of buying I’ve never spent as much time in buying a vehicle and when I requested the dealer pay or offer to pay for extra key in first place they shot it down. Question: I was inconvenienced by spending 10 hours in your dealership three different visits and traveling over an hour away because I really wanted this specific vehicle but why would you let a deal or future deals hinge upon something as small as an extra key if it was really something a future client wanted? After all the extra effort by the staff it seems the way they responded was out of training by upper management or ownership. Review your policies and procedures for some one who spent a whole work day and had to deal with over 10 different people at one location over three visits. Sometimes the small things ease the sting of this. And after all that I still would come back because of those 10 with the exception of “ Room 4” whom I think is a pompous xxx. Thanks for listening More
Hassle free From the welcome to the finance office, everyone was very professional, proficient and pleasant. A unique and new way to shop for a car. Fair prices. Have a faster process and improve the financial experience The first part of the process works, the sales advisor was really attentive, explained everything and worked extremely well. I started the process aro The first part of the process works, the sales advisor was really attentive, explained everything and worked extremely well. I started the process around 9:30 am and left the facilities around 3 pm. My main complain is related to the financial process, even though the financial advisor explained everything, there is one big flaw in the process. When you submit the finance application, the dealer send the request to around 4 to 6 banks at the same time, every bank will go and generate a credit request hitting the customer credit score because they do a hard commit to the credit request. The dealer should work with the banks to get possible offers (the banks can do a soft request of the credit score first) and if the customer decide for any of them, then the bank selected can go a do a hard commit to request the official credit score of the customer. Those hard commits downgrade the credit score and will stay in the customer's record for not less than 2 years affecting negatively the credit score. If I new about this process ahead of time, I will come prepare with my own financing option. The finance advisor should talk with the customer first, explain all this before submitting the dealer's credit approval application. More

Great people. Good cars. The sales force was great to work with. Our salesman was the best. The manager was very nice also. The car was good but not excellent. I had to sort The sales force was great to work with. Our salesman was the best. The manager was very nice also. The car was good but not excellent. I had to sort out some stuff once I got home. The muffler was unhooked and rattling, sounding like the car was turbocharged when it is naturally aspirated. The start button was missing after the test drive. Had to buy one on eBay. So the crew in the garage need to step up their game. We liked the finance team but adding extended warranty and gap to the monthly is bush league. Trying to sell us another insurance company when we already have a great policy is another surprise. Brutally honest, yes. I would have had nicer things to say if the car was better prepared. So in summary: the sales team and manager are excellent people to work with but hgreg needs to go over their cars a little better. More

They were very professional and pleasant and they work with you to get you a deal on the car you want. My husband was very pleased with the car, then we had a minor issue with the hood and they made an appointment to get it fixed by Sabrina who is really great and responsible with her job. The downside was the service department. When he took the car in early in the morning and didn't hear word on the satus of the car by 5pm we started to call and the mechanics had no idea which car it was or what it was brought in for. When he went to pick it up he checked the issue and it was not fixed and the stray battery that should of been removed was still there along with the grease stains they were supposed to clean. When he asked the mechanics they just said that they didn't know and that the fact that it was not fixed was out of their hands. They were just focused on goofing off and ignored him while he was waiting to see if it the problem would of gotten resolved. He gave up and decided to look elsewhere to get it fixed. We were very disappointed with the mechanics and with the money we spent on this car, they should of been more responsible ans attentive. More
