My sales lady was just amazing all around! They give me a good deal for my trade in, they moved numbers around and made sure I want got the price i could manage. That was end of the good times when it comes to this place. The moment I was done with all the paperwork I had to wait for my new mustang to be given to me. 2 hours later The manager finally comes up to me and asks what im waiting for. NO ONE KNEW WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR. They couldnt get the mustang to start, key didnt work at all. finally i take the car with the promise that the key will be fixed the next day. The key was not fixed. I tried calling the manager that gave me his personal number and he ignored all of my calls. I called the company and they hung up on me every time. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. Finally, I found out that the wiring for my turn signal was fried, the key would never work, and the car was in a major accident that the company nor CarFax knew about. Needless to say i returned the vehicle. If you want to take a risk with this company and if you know how to work on cars i recommend. If youre buying for yourself and expect to have nothing wrong with it, stay away! More

I spent two days trying to get my wife her dream car , was told I only needed to put 1K down and send over some paper work. I agreed and did just that. Once I completed everything I didn’t hear from them for over 2 hours just to be told “ sorry someone is working the deal” “ there is nothing I can do “ after I spent two full days getting them everything they needed and not to mention it took them a day to respond to my messages. I wouldn’t use them if they were the only place on earth I could get a car I would rather walk the rest of my life then give them business. More
