Josh took the helm by explaining the car buying process in detail to avoid any surprises and then following up to ensure I had no concerns. Crista worked tirelessly and after hours to ensure I receive the documents needed after receiving new information of items required from my insurance company and then Leo took additional time AFTER the sale was complete to answer questions and provide last minute customer service which is so lacking in many service industries today. I'm elated to write this statement as it took a team to ensure the process and the team came to play today.
