Avoid!! Wow what a terrible dealership! From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pric Wow what a terrible dealership! From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pricing but they never really listen to you and what you want. Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! And then it took over a month to pay off my vehicles. Oh and they tacked on some luxcare treatment for over a thousand dollars that wasn’t actually done! If you have to buy here (I wouldn’t) get your own financing! They got me 9% interest rate with a 650 score. That means they raised my rate from what the bank gave me and kept the difference. Something is just not right! We came in looking for a specific vehicle. The test driving process was great. Very simple and very organized. Please advised Our salesman that we already had preapproval from our bank. We were told that it wouldn’t be an issue which there should be no reason there would be an issue. My wife left me there without a vehicle since she had an appointment and I would be taking my new vehicle home. The finance department told me that since we were going to need to get a cashiers check i would not be able to take the truck home that night if I used my banks financing. Of course their suggestion was to get my financing through them. At this point in time I had been at the dealership for over 4 hrs so I said fine. Then when they couldn’t get me The rate that they had promised they All of a sudden were able to work with my current approval without issue and I was able to take my truck home. But not after a eight hour endeavor which appeared to be because just by the fact that they wanted me to get financing through them More

Sales Rep Eddie Bush was great...Jorge (finance) horrible! I don't believe I would ever consider them again. Sales rep Eddie Bush was great! He saw us through until we were almost loading to leave. Finance guy I don't believe I would ever consider them again. Sales rep Eddie Bush was great! He saw us through until we were almost loading to leave. Finance guy Jorge was absolutely disrespectful. He advised us to leave and come back because the truck we went to see in the first place was being inspected. After being told consistently that we could not see the truck until after it was inspected, we were advised to leave for an hour and they would call us when it was completed. After an hour 1/2 we were called by our sales rep Eddie who said the car was ready for test drive. When we returned to the dealership Jorge informed us they had sold the truck. I was furious. Jorge told us such sarcasm "well we don't hold trucks!" I was done!! I knew then that was not the company for me. Btw...Eddie was still waiting for us to return. We had returned and were gone. But obviously Jorge did not let him know and that the car was sold from under him as well. Too many car dealerships in Orlando to be treated with such disrespect and lack of customer care. More
