Good place to buy if you're buying a very new car Customer Service experience is awesome. No tricky stuff from sales. We had our own financing so I can't comment on that part. Chasity, our sales rep was the best: change our minds last minute and wanted to see a different car and she showed no sign of frustration. Johny was quick to do our paperwork(it was late and we were really ready to go)but he said he would email the info and he hasn't yet. I also haven't received my new registration. I did have issues with my car battery the day after purchasing but Chasity did a lot of the back and forth work for me on getting it towed to the dealer and it was even her day off. Long story short, the service department replaced my battery with the wrong size so I will need to replace it again soon. The service guy also told me he would email me a service record and never did because "the system was down." Now it feels like he just didn't want me to see that it was the wrong size. More

I got the impression that they may be getting more traffic than they predicted as there were a lot of customers and a few delays once the buying process started. The main person we worked with was Benny. He was very consultative, provided a lot of information and took his time to make sure we were comfortable. He had knowledge of the products and process and was easy to work with. When we made our decision we were confident in the selection based on the experience with Benny. Delivery team (can't remember his name!) was friendly and thorough as well as the insurance broker Jessica Diaz. More

We arrived and looked around the front lot without being approached which was pleasant. When we were ready to ask about two vehicles on our list that were not on the front lot we went in to the building and checked in. Robert Espejo was assigned to us. We told him which vehicles we wanted to see and he had them brought up to see and take a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the HGreg process. We drove the two trucks and were given sufficient time to inspect the vehicle before proceeding to finance. I do realize that weekends are busy and that finance does take time. I have no complaints about that process. The only reason I did not give HGreg five stars is that we did not appreciate the insurance marketing after purchase. They couldn't beat our rate and it took at least 30 minutes. In addition, the car detailing took over an hour and when the care was delivered no one remembered that we needed to transfer the plate from our old car to the new truck and turn in the keys to the trade in. We arrived at 1:30 and did not leave until after 6:30. That is WAY too long. More
