Marcos was the BEST sales man ever dealt with I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, When I arrived at the Hgreg I was greeted by Marcos. He was wonderful to talk to easy going and very hel I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, When I arrived at the Hgreg I was greeted by Marcos. He was wonderful to talk to easy going and very helpful. I made his life a little easier because I knew exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed my test drive with him very much, and he explained everything to me to the best of his knowledge. He did not B.S. me around like other salesman would, if he didn't know the answer to my question. because I did test him. I would definitely recommend Marcos to anybody else. During the dealing process he was very helpful even though he had another customers ahead of me. He always made sure to make contact and eye contact with me, which I appreciated while I waited for the dealing process. I soon realized there is no haggling with this dealership besides for your trade in. The price is the price plus the fees and taxes clear-cut. I tried to haggle them down a little bit more but no cigar! The process wasn't too bad, little long since I've been there since 1pm and I left after they closed. but that's also because I decided to take my trade-in and sell it at CarMax. since they would give me more money for it by almost 2k. The team members at hgreg weren't offended about it, because they can only offer you so much. which I understand and CarMax has $$$ deeper pockets. Still throughout the whole process all the staff was very friendly. Moreover I can't review too much about the financing department, since I was paying cash for my vehicle. But it was very easy and smooth. The rest of the process was pretty easy after that. I was a little disappointed in the detailing department or lack there of. The car was pretty clean when I took it for a test drive. when I left the dealership it was night time already, so I didn't get a good look over of the vehicle. The next morning I noticed the car was still Dusty like it was when I took the test drive. The rims were still slightly dirty and the inside windshield was hazy. So I take it, it never got washed, because the door jambs weren't wet but it still look good. Since we were buying the car for my wife. She had the biggest disappointment. Sometimes the little things go a long way. Therefore I would still recommend this dealership to anybody that doesn't want to deal with the B.S. of traditional dealerships. Their prices are reasonably Fair compared to CarMax where their prices are usually at Kelley blue book or above... In the end I drove home in my new car oh I mean my wife's new car HAPPY. Pleasant but could have been better. I had a great time, however there was a mistake on their end by not providing me key with proper functions (alarm, lock, unlock) for my new car, they I had a great time, however there was a mistake on their end by not providing me key with proper functions (alarm, lock, unlock) for my new car, they only gave me a key that starts the car and not a factory issued key. It was such a big inconvenience because i came home and locked my car and tried to unlock the car and it did not unlock. It turned out the key was not the right one. So I called back and they told me they had the key but they lost it. They need a better management system of keys and which vehicles have the factory keys but honestly they should have all the factory keys in their inventory. Although it was a hassle and I should not have been put through this inconvenience, they made it right with the help of their contractor and available resources. More

Great experience! My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly surprised to see the inventory on hand from economic cars to high end vehicles. The rep was Eddie Bush and was patient when I did not buy anything on the first trip, but loved the test drive I took with a vehicle I had a key interest in. Told him I would return and ask for him again and to see the car in the daytime. Took the chance it may still be there. I did return three weeks later but did not buy that 'first' car I drove in and decided to go with same brand just a different color. Finance guy Ozkan worked with me and helped me meet my budget limits. When I returned three days later for a couple of things to take care of with the vehicle, Leo (service) took care of ordering something for the car and Ozkan took care of the tags....even one of the reps (unknown name) helped me with the snack machine. Everyone I walked past from HGreg said hello or if needed assistance. The only thing on the negative side, once you decide to purchase, is the wait between departments before you actually drive away so plan on being there for a few hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car/different experience from the dealerships. Thank you. More
