While Carlos Rodriguez was great, everything else about this place not. Avoid at all costs. The vehicle's here are garbage. We went in pre-qualified and told them to only run my credit to that company a this place not. Avoid at all costs. The vehicle's here are garbage. We went in pre-qualified and told them to only run my credit to that company and they ended running it with 4others as well leaving all these unnecessary hard inquiries on my credit report. While we did go home with the vehicle we wanted, it was a nightmare less then an hour from leaving the lot. They didn't put gas, a tire started to go flat and the transmission light came on. We ended up returnining the vehicle the next day as it was too late for us to drive all the way back out there that same night. We did have to wait until we were out of work that next day to deal with it though. Had to fill the tire up before and after work and then twice on the way to this so called reputable dealership that's does certified inspection blah blah blah. I even notice rusty sharp screws sticking out of the bottom of the frame just in front of the wheel well, during one of the tire fillings, that definitely shouldn't have been there. The majority of the people we dealt with the day of purchase were super friendly and great and that's just how they get you. Now I say majority because the girl at the insurance counter was rude and needs an attitude check. We were at the point in the sale where we were walked back to her counter to show proof of insurance and be able to leave with our vehicle. She first wasn't even at the counter and the person who walked us back there had to go and find her to help us. When she got back there said "so they walked you back here to me for what?" And I told her that I already had insurance on the vehicle and that we needed to show proof so we could leave and that I was just pulling it up. But she couldn't be bother to listen to what I had to say as she rudely scooted us away saying that we didn't need to be back there then because she was there to help people get quotes. She told us to go back to the room we were at before because she had other clients. At the time there was no one else back there. We did end up going back out to the other room believing we didn't need to see her for anything. After about 15 minutes of waiting around I asked someone what it was we were stilling waiting for and they told us that we did in fact need to see her to show proof of insurance so they could finished the "delivery " process for us to leave with the vehicle. Because of her, we got stuck there for extra little over an hour. When we went to that side of the shop to speak with her again she was working with someone else already and I'm not about to blame those people for her rudeness. She spent about 45 minutes with them. In the time we were waiting for her, another couple came back there for her help as well. The other worker who doesn't do insurance stuff told her she needed to be sure and help us first as we had been waiting for way to long. When she finished with that first group, she tried to help the other couple back there before us but before I could say something to her the other worker said something to her. She rudely called us over asking what we needed. I told her straight up that because of her rude snooty attitude we had to wait over an hour to leave when we should have already been home but because she couldn't be bothered to listen and scooted us away the first time we were back there here we still are needing to do the same exact thing we came back here over an hour ago. She couldn't even bother to listen then as she just goes " are you talking to me?" I have to tell her that yeah I am and tell her everything again and she tries to just slap the email she had on the back of the computer monitor to send proof of insurance there and I'm over here trying to tell her I could have done that over an hour ago and could have been home already but her snooty attitude self couldn't be bothered earlier because she had other non existent clients. After slapping the email again telling to send proof there she tried to talk about us in Spanish to two other workers who were behind the counter but oh to her surprise when we both speak Spanish as well. I was about ready to cancel the purchase altogether at that moment and I really wish I would have. If the email is any indication to her name then it's Reina. On top of all this while the shop is open 9-9 the finance department is only open until 5 so we couldn't even get our check back the same day, we had to wait for them to overnight it the next day. Why even bother staying open past 5. That also just means that people who show up anywhere close to or after 5 wouldn't even be able to purchase a vehicle that same day. Absolutely pointless Just save yourself the nightmare and avoid this place at all costs. More

It was an absolute delight to deal with Mr. Mauricio, Proffessional, polite, attentive, knowledgeable!!! Took his time to show me around, show me options up until we got to deal with Management Mauricio, Proffessional, polite, attentive, knowledgeable!!! Took his time to show me around, show me options up until we got to deal with Management, particularly Mr. Scott, the complete opposite of Mr. Mauricio. Not attentive, careless and pushing for what he considered would be a fit for my needs with disregard of what I wanted. Furthermore, took so long to get a “prize” for an specific car that at the time I was interested that after being there for a bit over 2 1/2 hrs I was spent already. He never even INTRODUCED HIMSELF!?! Seriously? Decided to leave and purchase the vehicle somewhere else without the games. At the end of the day I’ll give Mr. Scott an “F” and I’ll give Mr. Mauricio an “A+” Javier P. More
