It was an absolute delight to deal with Mr. Mauricio, Proffessional, polite, attentive, knowledgeable!!! Took his time to show me around, show me options up until we got to deal with Management Mauricio, Proffessional, polite, attentive, knowledgeable!!! Not attentive, careless and pushing for what he considered would be a fit for my needs with disregard of what I wanted. Furthermore, took so long to get a “prize” for an specific car that at the time I was interested that after being there for a bit over 2 1/2 hrs I was spent already. He never even INTRODUCED HIMSELF!?! Seriously? Decided to leave and purchase the vehicle somewhere else without the games.
