Low ball pricing on website. Junk fee city! Won’t do online credit app or final deal like CarMax, Carvana, etc. They would not tell me full pricing until I came in. They tell you Junk fee city! We were always hesitant about going to Hgreg because besides being a huge used car dealership, it was always busy. However we would like to share our experience with you. First, our sales specialist besides being a huge used car dealership, it was always busy. However we would like to share our experience with you. First, our sales specialist, Nathanel Gomez, was superb, kind, professional, caring and friendly. He went out of his way to satisfy us and ensured we were happy with the SUV we bought. It was not an easy buying experience due to our "credit" but they made it possible for us to leave with the SUV we chose!! Trust us when we tell you that they do care for their customers...
