Beware the great reviews. As soon as you decide to purchase the vehicle, the salesperson has you to immediately write a review. We were visiting Florida from out of state and found the car we had been looking for at a decent price. The sales guy was very helpful, although he really didn't have to sell anything. We had done the research and knew what we were looking for. The actual "buying" experience took several hours. The finance guy had multiple packages to sale and talked us into a prepaid maintenance package that turned out to cost us $1,600 for about $450 worth of oil changes. We are in the process of cancelling that now but haven't received the refund yet. The car was purchased at the end of November and two months later we still don't have a license plate. The paperwork was originally sent to the wrong county and returned to the dealership. After the first replacement for the temporary tag, they don't seem to have followed up on anything. We have been trying to get a temporary tag for two weeks. They have promised to overnight it 3 times and we still don't have it or the tracking info. The person in charge of this is never available when we call and will not return calls. We have been driving with an expired temporary tag for over a week and have no clue when we will get the permanent one. They were very happy and eager to make the sell, but from that point the customer service STINKS!!!! More

Non-aggressive, no pressure sales and finance department. Cons: since it’s not a traditional dealership, there aren’t brand new vehicles that offer manufacturer warranties. Many vehicles are still within 1-2 years old, so most of them carry the remainder of the original warranties, but others are applicable to the first owner only. There is also no service department. The vehicle I purchased was almost on an empty tank of gas, whereas other dealers fill upon a sale. There were some hiccups involved with my purchase, but management reached out to me and provided a resolution. Overall it was an acceptable experience, and I would recommended to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle that doesn’t have much use and is listed thousands below retail . More
