Nena was great at receiving us, very attentive and friendly. We liked the quality of the car, how they cleaned it well, and their policies seem to be fair. Just Wasted my time. Very low appraisal on trade in. Same dealership in West Palm offered more than twice as much for the trade but the Orlando dealership would not accept their evaluation.
