Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle before knows it can be a very long day, usually exceeding 4 hours. My time at HGreg was well spent, time flew by so quickly. I was able to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. There was such an overwhelming amount of vehicles to choose from, but with the help of Geraldo we narrowed it down to two really great choices. I am a very meticulous person, with very high expectations. Geraldo was very down to earth, easy to talk to and really listened to my needs and concerns. He really put my mind at ease. It seems as though the employees also enjoy where they work, everyone seemed to be in good spirits. There was great communication and team work. Great establishment. More

Came to agreement on terms and signed all paperwork. On my way to the finance guy and they call me over, claiming that check engine light came on and wouldn't go off. They said they would call the next mo my way to the finance guy and they call me over, claiming that check engine light came on and wouldn't go off. They said they would call the next morning with what their service techs found. I never received a call and the vehicle I was purchasing was removed from the site. Guess I negotiated too good of a deal on my trade so they found someone else to buy it. More
