BAMBOOZLED I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. I had my own financing in place, insurance active, and all necessary documentation to close my loan. They insisted they could find better financing....that was a lie. Upon arrival, I was prompted to complete the dealer application and financial documents. Be mindful I had a pre-approval with a down payment in the offer. They advertise no commission, however, they do not mention there is a $1000.00 processing fee and they wanted to charge me almost $2500.00 for tax, title, and tag. which, is very different from the 1495.00 on the offer.....I had my own tag by the way and the loan was for 16K. My down payment jumped $600.00 due to the pencil whooping I received. Summary.....thieves in the night.......BUYER BEWARE More

buyer beware This dealership is the absolute worse dealership I have had experience with. I went to dealership looking for their so called variety of vehicles. I decided to drive a BMW 328i because they didnt have the exact car that was on their website. I drive the car and of course it had a previous crash as most of their vehicles do. I was okay with that part of deal however they advertised a price of $21500.00 good price right? Not exactly add $1300 to that price of fees. yes $1300 dealer fees which they call different than dealer fees. So I go back to the web to research a similar vehicle and notice the same dealership has the same yeasr make and model at a different store for 1200 less. When I call back I speak to a sales manager, allegedly, who said the price is the price. What a terrible way to run a business. Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are snakes. I have been to a many dealerships in my life and this is by far the worse I have ever seen. You can find a much better deal elsewhere I promise..
