Poor Communication So, not a great experience trying to purchase online. Pedro, was my consultant. At the end of the day I think his customer service skills can be refined quite a bit. I remember my first conversation with him he basically called just to tell me to check my email. When I tried to converse, he just said that I need to read his email. Another time, I asked for the dealership where the car I was interested in so that I could setup an inspection. He just said to check their website for that information. What I'm real pissed about is that I setup an inspection for the vehicle only to find that the car had already been processed the previous day and I was not notified. So, just wasted 159 bucks for no reason. When I discussed the flawed system with Pedro, he just tried to tell me that just because I setup an inspection does not mean that I reserved it. No xxxx, but if it was sold I wouldn't have done so. Flawed system. More

Was defrauded into getting GAP coverage I came to HGreg for no-hassle purchase with price as advertised purchase. I made it very easy by telling sales guy I wanted one car and was willing t I came to HGreg for no-hassle purchase with price as advertised purchase. I made it very easy by telling sales guy I wanted one car and was willing to purchase now. My paperwork was put together and I met with the finance guy. He put al the paperwork in front of me to sign and snuck in an additional dealer fee of $899 and also added GAP coverage. I asked about both. He responded the that both fees were required. I specifically said is the lender requiring me to get GAP coverage as a condition of financing or is this optional. He said the lender required it and it wasn't optional. More
