I really liked that the application process was completed over the phone, I was 85 percent complete with the car buying process before I even showed u I really liked that the application process was completed over the phone, I was 85 percent complete with the car buying process before I even showed up to the dealership. I liked that there was no pressure, the test drive was safe and Camilo was very nice and honest with us. The van was cleaned well even though it was after hours and the finance manager was patient. Overall it was a great experience. I wish we could have taken the test drive on the highway and I wish there was more break/tires service offered but all in all it was an easier car buying process than ever before! More
