Absolutely no pressure and just a welcome atmosphere the whole time, the first truck I was really set on didn’t pan out with financing, but Jamal was an ace and called an Audible and got the ball rolling in the backup truck which went through no problem. Run Far and Fast I purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this dealer in May. I paid cash for the vehicle and over a month later, they cannot produce a valid state of Flo I purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this dealer in May. I paid cash for the vehicle and over a month later, they cannot produce a valid state of Florida clear title. The title indicates that there is a lien on the vehicle. After repeated attempts to get this rectified with Carlos Rosario, the dealership manager in Orlando, here I still sit with no title. I will be engaging an attorney and returning the car for a refund on Monday if this is not be resolved by Monday. Stay away, far away from this dealership! They appear to be floating cash, using unsavory tactics, adding unnecessary fees and giving people the runaround. Unfortunately for them, this time they messed with the wrong customer!!!!! Suggest that the ‘owner ‘ contact me with immediate resolution! More

The salespeople all worked together with absolutely no pressure, just a great friendly experience. My daughter and I purchased the SUV that afternoon and drove it home. It was thousands below Kelly Blue Book and in pristine condition. Also, the price they gave me for my trade in was very fair considering the condition it was in.
