I didn't have to spend long hours debating I recently leased a 2015 Willys Jeep Wrangler from Haas Automall and was very pleased with my experience. I didn't have to spend long hours debating over price and was able to return and pick up my new vehicle and sign the paperwork for the evening without any wait. My time is valuable and I appreciate the how simple the entire process was. When I left the dealership with my new Jeep it was missing its floor mats and the sales manager even came back up at 9:00 at night to make sure that I could pick up my missing mats. Yes Haas is farther away from my home then several other closer dealers but I feel that it was worth the 45 minute drive. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my experience. Teamwork I was in a panic over the Thanksgiving weekend when I heard from my insurance company that my Town and Country was irreparable after an accident and I was in a panic over the Thanksgiving weekend when I heard from my insurance company that my Town and Country was irreparable after an accident and I needed to start looking for a car. I was able to get a hold of Kevin and explain what I was looking for and the price constraints I had. He passed the information over to Mike Lynch who called me within the hour with a few options. I was able to look at them on the website where I could view virtually every inch of the cars, both inside and out, and from there I was able to determine which car I wanted. I called Mike and made an appointment to see the car Monday morning. He had the car ready and waiting when I got there and I was in and out in about a half hour. We made arrangement to pick the car up on Wednesday, Again it took me about a half hour as all of the paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign! I went from panicked to driving my new car within 5 days! Thank you…you took all of the stress out of a stressful situation! More
