They got the parts ordered quickly and were very expeditious in getting my vehicle completed. A+++++ Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no issues and also gave me a free oil change/tire rotation when it comes due because I had been in the waiting room for about 4 hours. Ken was very apologetic and genuinely seemed to care about my time. I just scheduled another appt for this Saturday to have an HVAC and engine noise issues looked at. So far I like the service dept, just hoping to get this Challenger's issues fixed before the bumper to bumper warranty runs out which is very soon. More
