John Reed at Haasz Automall was amazing! My husband & I were looking to purchase a used Jeep Liberty or a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This was the 5th dealership we had visited! By this time, we were extremely exhausted & disappointed in the purchasing experience. We called previous dealships inquiring on vehicles beîng told they were in "excellent" condition only to arrive to find them wrecked & unrepaired! The previous dealerships had forced us to test drive cars before telling us the price. Our experience with John was completely the opposite. He greeted us at the door promptly, listened to what we needed, and searched his inventory to find us the perfect car. John even offered to drive us to their other lot if we couldn't find the car we wanted at his location. John is very friendly, easy going, & down to earth. We were never rushed or pressured. Their pricing was straight forward & we feel we got a great deal. We purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wranlgler Unlimited Sport. Greg Baxter, Financing Manager, got us a great interest rate on our loan. He was very honest & friendly as well. We arrived late in the evening because Haasz is 1 hour from our home. We were there well after 9 pm. John & Greg never acted like we were inconveniencing them by keeping them after hours. We were very comfortable the entire time. John provided us with a very enjoyable purchasing experience. After my car unexpectedly stopped working, it was crucial that I got a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
