I went online to be prepared for the car I wanted to get but took no chances when the young lady called me about the cars, I told her immediately I wanted to deal with Jose again because my first experience with him was great. Once again he did not disappoint. He called me the next day and we were set in motion to get one of the cars I wanted. Jose took his time with hearing exactly what I wanted and needed and came through as he did the first time. I think he is secretly a mind reader because I never told him the color I wanted this time or the first and each time he took me to the color car I wanted. I just laughed again and said, yeah, you have some sort of gift for this. I have had my car for almost a week and am loving every minute of it. I am so happy I could write for hours but don't want you to be sitting hear reading. Rather call Jose and get you the car of your dreams because he will make it happen with the finance manager Dennis Gonzalez. What a team!!! You can tell these men were raised right!!!! While I was searching for the vehicle I called plenty of BMW dealers and when I spoke with the people at Habberstad BMW, I immediately felt the difference in customer service. Dominic treated me with respect and took me serious. He connected me with the sales manager and worked out the best price for me on this car. I purchased my flight tickets right away out of Miami, and landing in La Guardia the day after we spoke. I took my dad with me for this special moment. When I arrived, everything was ready and My car was waiting for me at the front of the store. It was a simple process and I felt very comfortable. It was very important to me that they stressed the small details, because I know how customer service should be, I am a Finance Manager for a dealer myself here in Miami. I appreciate their work, good job guys. Now I am enjoying my M5 and drove her down from NY to MIA. Felt great! More

Honest sales force, friendly atmosphere I already owned a BMW 3 series so I knew about the cars. I wanted a M4 and went to another dealer on Long Island and asked about incentives on M4 and I already owned a BMW 3 series so I knew about the cars. I wanted a M4 and went to another dealer on Long Island and asked about incentives on M4 and his reply was we don't take $15 off. Being a car enthuast I knew that was a blow off and went straight to Habberstad Bayshore. I asked about the M4 was told about the car by Justin Martinez and we negotiated some price reduction. I was very satisfied but they didn't have a color I wanted on the lot but with a search he found one about 100 miles away. No problem they sent a flatbed and I had in in a few days. This sense of caring for the costumer was shared by everyone I met from the receptionist to the sales people and the service persons. I believe you too will experience just as positive experience as I did at this dealership. More

However, I changed jobs and was now going to be way over my mileage by the time my lease would end. If I was going to get out of my lease early (I know I was going to end up being upside down either way) I might as well try to get my dream car. Justin Martinez was extremely knowledgeable about the BMW product line as well as being forthright and honest about my situation which was a breath of fresh air. Both he and Dennis Gonzalez worked extremely hard to get me into the car I wanted while also keeping me within the range of the payment that I wanted/expected. I thought that I would have to go pre-owned, but it turns out they were able to get me into a brand new 3-Series and at a payment that I wanted. The level of respect that these gentlemen gave me was incredible, and everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore as well as Justin Martinez and Dennis Gonzalez. If these guys can't get it done for you...no one can! More

Robert Pellegrino took me out on a test drive of the X3 and worked hard to convince an Acura MDX lessee to switch to a BMW X3. Rob was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the various options that were included in the specific X3 that I wanted. Robert and the sales manager worked the numbers for me and I made the switch to BMW. Since taking possession of the car, I have received several follow up calls and emails to make sure that I was happy with the car. I am impressed with the customer service of Robert and the dealership and would not hesitate to recommend. More
