Excellent customer experience This was my fourth purchase of a new BMW and as always, I am extremely pleased with both the customer experience and the level of professionalism at t This was my fourth purchase of a new BMW and as always, I am extremely pleased with both the customer experience and the level of professionalism at the dealership. I had a scheduled appointment with my salesperson Steve Precht and from the beginning of our meeting, I was quite pleased with both his candor and broad knowledge base of the product. I was able to test drive various vehicles at my leisure and at no point during the process did I feel any pressure. I ended up purchasing a new 528XI and the entire process from start to finish was seamless, and the necessary paperwork and financing process was completed quite expeditiously. During my visit to BMW of Bay Shore, I was also fortunate enough to meet the sales manager Lori Precht, who took the time to make sure I had an excellent experience and that it exceeded my expectations. One more person comes to mind during my experience at the dealership. Upon picking up the car, I spent about 2 hours with James Kuziw, who I believe is part of the BMW Genius team, going through most of the functionality and details of the new car. It was extremely helpful and was very pleased with his grasp and knowledge base of the car. I would highly recommend it to anyone purchasing a new BMW. More

I've owned Mercedes and Audi after owning 2 BMW's in the past and have returned to BMW. My experience with this dealership is much different then most.
