There was a different feel tot he entire process of the lease of my new 2016 328xi; from the initial friendly greeting in the showroom to the negotiation process with my sales adviser Steve Precht. Steve was personable, knowledgeable and I enjoyed the negotiation process as it wasn't like any of my prior experiences. There was no push, no hassle and no guilt. The "game" was not transparent which is appreciated from a consumer's perspective. The finance manager was quick and had answers to all of my questions. The "genius" was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'm looking forward to having to use the service department as my expectations are high considering the experience of my purchase. Thank you all! More
