Pleasantly surprised at outcome I say my experience was a pleasant surprise because I did not enter the dealership expecting to make a deal on a new car for my daughter. Jose was super nice when we met even though I was grumpy from being up from 5am going to workout at the gym. After talking to him I forgot all about being tired because he listened to my needs and wants and never got annoyed at my multitude of questions. While talking to Jose, he all of a sudden said I have something I think you would like. He took us to a brown colored 328i that my daughter actually always wanted. The fact that Jose showed my daughter the exact car and color she wanted was amazing. It was like he read her thoughts because she never even mentioned the car since we did not plan to purchase anything. I am very happy with this dealership as everyone helped us along the way even at delivery. Everyone is there to make your experience the best ever. I will def purchase my next BMW from them when I am ready. More

In 2001 I purchased a 5 series BMW and have been a BMW owner for 14 years. 184,000 miles later the time finally came where I had to make a rough deci In 2001 I purchased a 5 series BMW and have been a BMW owner for 14 years. 184,000 miles later the time finally came where I had to make a rough decision. Repairs were getting costly and my car did not have AWD, as it was not an option then and the winters are getting worse. I went to this dealership and met with Paul Senft in April, looked at new models and test drove the 328ix. I also met Steve Precht and Lori Precht. All of whom were very professional. I walked out and had not made a decision since I was not ready to trade in or sell "my baby". I was in contact with Paul but he did not pressure me to purchase. In June I returned to again check out the cars and when we met we discussed where I wanted to be with my payments. Paul at that time discussed pros and cons of leasing versus buying options with me. I still was not ready to pull the trigger and again, there was no pressure placed on me by anyone. A few days later, I walked in ready to hand over my first baby and lease my second baby. I cried and everyone understood the emotions I was experiencing. My 328ix was ready and waiting for me, it felt right - I had made the right choice, without any sales pressure! Everyone involved in the process made me feel comfortable with my decision to lease vs purchase! BTW - I love my new car!!! More

Highly recommend BMW of Bayshore I recently purchased a 2013 X5 from BMW of Bay Shore. I was hesitant to buy on LI as I live in CT. I basically called in for information on the vehicl I recently purchased a 2013 X5 from BMW of Bay Shore. I was hesitant to buy on LI as I live in CT. I basically called in for information on the vehicle and was connected with Jose Rivas. Jose was professional and informative. He sent me numerous pictures of the vehicle and answered any and all questions to my satisfaction. He even made himself available on his day off to answer a couple of last minute questions I had. I can honestly say that Jose went above and beyond in every way. If not for this, I would very likely not have made the trip to Bay Shore.
