Not only was Carlos upfront and honest with my trade in vehicle price and the pricing of the vehicles being looked at, Carlos also went the extra mile to explain the vehicle (528ix-M) that I decided to lease. I have leased Mercedes, Audi,etc... And I have to say that this was the most pleasant and informative experience I have gone through at any dealership to date. This is my first BMW and I could not have asked for a better experience. Carlos and Habberstad BMW of Bayshore has just obtained a new client for years to come! Thank You More

You will be treated with respect and you will feel valued and pampered. Ian Harrison was great as well. He helped me get a great interest rate and the whole process was so easy! All the paperwork was ready when I came in to pick up the car so everything went very smoothly. James Kuziw worked with me when I picked up the car to help me personalize the seats, mirrors, radio, bluetooth, etc. He spent well over an hour with me to help me get my settings just the way I wanted them. He is patient and really knows his stuff. This car sells itself and the staff at this dealership makes the whole process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and all of the people who worked to give me such a positive experience! More
