A friend and neighbor recommended that I ask for Paul Senft who is a Last month I went to Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore to Check out a 2015 BMW 535xi. A friend and neighbor recommended that I ask for Paul Senft who is a salesman at that dealership. I met with Paul and explained that I was bored with my current car and I was looking for a new driving experience and owning a BMW may be something that loomed in the back of my mind for years. Generally, I was familiar with the BMW reputation, but not with the specifics of the product line. Paul and I engaged in a conversation about my driving habits, needs, likes and dislikes. We walked the yard and looked at and sat in several 5 series vehicles. After I made some basic decisions we took the 528xi and the 535xi for a road test. Paul's patience was only exceeded by his in depth knowledge of the product line. During this process I was impressed by the fact that other Habberstad personnel would be seeking out Paul to ask him technical product line questions. If your in the market for a BMW I will assume that your looking for a special driving experience. That being the case, my buying experience at Habberstad was special and I highly recommend that you seek out Paul Senft not only for his knowledge, but for his enthusiasm and ability to put you in the right car! Above & Beyond Approx. 3+ years ago I visited Habberstad of Bayshore looking to purchase a large sedan for my growing family. I met with a very knowledgeable salespe Approx. 3+ years ago I visited Habberstad of Bayshore looking to purchase a large sedan for my growing family. I met with a very knowledgeable salesperson Vidal and later John and they were able to get me out of a recent purchase of a non-family friendly vehicle and into a pre-owned BMW. I purchased a CPO 09' BMW 750li and all seemed to go smooth. Not to soon thereafter the car itself started to have mechanical issues and I had to make several extended visits to service to rectify the problems the car was having. Every visit to service, I was met with a friendly advisor willing to help and always offered a loaner car and not once ever costing me any money. As time went by and several visits to service for additional mechanical failures, I contacted Vidal and John again about assisting me in getting into a new car. Vidal called me and said that John and him were both going to do whatever it takes to help me out. Vidal broke down every detail on the transaction to ensure everything was above board and transparent. They made me a deal to good to be true and put me into a brand new 2015 BMW 750li Xdrive sedan. The deal too good to be true, was real. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that this customer received a top notch experience and excellent service. The car itself is an amazing driving machine and the amount of advances and difference in the new vs. old car is night and day. I appreciate everything this dealership did for my family and I. For that, I will be a lifelong loyal customer. More
